Lagan Homes Kildare Ltd intend to apply for planning permission to modify a permitted Large-scale Residential Development (LRD) permission (PA Ref 23416 / ABP-318401-23) by way of a planning application for an LRD at Ard na Pairce Theas, Southgreen, Kildare. The development will consist of amendments to the two-storey crèche building granted under ABP-318401-23. The changes involve amendments to the floor plans, including the addition of a second stairs for fire safety purposes, and elevational changes associated with these floor layout amendments. The proposed amendments to the crèche do not affect any other parts or aspects of the permitted LRD. The housing elements of the LRD are currently under construction.
The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare, during its public opening hours. The LRD planning application may also be inspected online at the following website set up by the applicant www.SouthgreenCrecheLRD.com. A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the Planning Authority on payment of the prescribed fee, €20, within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application, and such submissions or observations will be considered by the Planning Authority in making a decision on the application. The Planning Authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
